Tracy's Story

Our founder, Tracy Tingue, was caught in the grip of his own alcoholism and addiction for over two decades. Although his life appeared reasonable from an outside view, he had cornered himself on the brink of relational and spiritual bankruptcy.

Then, in late 2020, a friend suggested that maybe he should and COULD quit the chaos that seemed to follow him in and out of his home. On January 3, 2021, at a small group meeting in Chandler, AZ, Tracy surrendered to the fact that he was an addict and an alcoholic. Although the process has been both difficult and rewarding, he is proud to announce more than two years of sobriety.

The truth? Recovery begins as we step into the vulnerability of action. As he began to help others, a passion ignited in Tracy's soul to see men and woman recover from a hopeless state of mind, body, and spirit.

Tracy quickly formed a foundation of like-minded individuals either on a similar journey or passionate about the value of every person. Thus was birthed the non-profit 501c3 organization of Let's Go Recovery!

Now the real work begins -- to not only continue to battle the disease and destruction that Tracy and his family faced previously, but to pour freely into other lives with the resources, connections, and tools that he holds thankfully now, in his ongoing sobriety.
